This lathe has the following main features:

The overall 35° tilting high-performance dense mesh bed base has a symmetrical layout and good rigidity to ensure the precision and stability of the machined parts.

The spindle adopts Taiwan high-performance spindle unit with a maximum speed of 4000r/min, high precision and good stability.

The X/Z axis guideway adopts high-rigidity precision roller type linear way, which can increase the rigidity and stability by at least 50% compared with the ball-type guideway, ensure the rigidity of rough machining and the precision of finishing, and also can be integrated into coarse and fine machining.

The Z guideway has a large span and the width of the carriage is large, which ensures the movement stability of spindle head in Z axis.

The lathe adopts double-spindle double-gang tool holder structure. Both sides of the spindle can simultaneously process front and back of the workpiece, and can realize automatic exchange of workpieces, reduce process flow, reduce labor and greatly improve work efficiency.

The lathe in X axis uses slide gang-type tool turret with a travel up to 530 mm, and up to 8 tool positions can be mounted on each turret.

The lathe can be equipped with upper and lower feeding devices to form a single machine automation line, which greatly improves the processing efficiency, save labor costs, reduce operating steps, and improve the working range and efficiency of the machine tool.
